2. Completemented with a self-adhesive base, the heel pads are securely fixed inside shoes or sneakers and, if necessary, can be easily placed in other shoes.
3. They are made from a soft gel-like material that protects the skin of the feet from chafing, calluses, and corns.

5. Recommended for men and women who work standing up, walk or run a lot, or are overweight.
