Returns
You may return unused items in new condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your original receipt showing the date of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, contact our customer service team at support@us.mavistep.com. We will provide you with a return shipping address to send your item back at your cost. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process an exchange or refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please let us know when you initiate your return. We are happy to send you a replacement item once we receive your return.
Damaged/Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
